Leg pain after syrinxes found

Over the summer I was diagnosed with several syrinxes up and down my spinal cord.  At the time they were found, I was not experiencing any symptoms from them.  However, over the past few weeks I have been having weakness in my right leg. It has felt incredibly dull, but incredibly painful.   What should I do?
