It may make more sense to have a specialist review the MRI for you....as I can not really take the info you gave and offer insight....
Get the MRI copies and the full reports of ALL testing you have had and forward to a true Chiari specialist.

Hi Lynn...I know understanding what is going on and finding just the right Dr is not easy....for myself, I found the importance of going to a true Chiari specialist not a Dr that will treat it....and that sometimes it is well worth traveling to get to one.
Not sure how they know you have diminished flow without a CINE MRI...and I too had difficulty finding a local place that knew what it was....I found going to a place that specializes in MRI's were better then just going to local hospital for that testing....
An obstruction to CSF flow is a reason to find a true Chiari specialist....that as well as symptoms....not everyone with Chiari is a surgical candidate....and knowing what related condition one has is important to know b4 surgery is considered.
