My second neurologist appointment

Hi.  The second neurologist appointment didn't offer much new info. He did say he was nearly positive I did not have MS and was no longer recommending the lumbar puncture at this time.
He did say that along with the Chiari 1 I had congenital cervical stenosis. He is referring me to a neurosurgeon because he said this was out of his expertise. He does not think my symptoms are Chiari related of course, but doesn't know what is causing them.  Lol I'm going to make referrals to out of state chiari specialist in the meantime since it's going to take forever to get into an in state neurosurgeon anyway who isn't going to know anything about Chiari.

It is really great to hear that you do not need the lumbar puncture. But now there is the old waiting routine. I am not sure I know what spinal stenosis is, but I bet a Chiari specialist will be able to give you some answers for your current concerns. I hope time moves quickly for you during the wait.

Going to a Chiari specialist is the best thing at this point....I know how slow  they move to get us  in  and  then it is just more tests and  more waiting,..

Not that you need to  rush...I just know you want answers.....
