Neurosurgeons in MI

Hello- I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good NS in the mid-Michigan area that Specializes in CM they would be willing to recommend. I'm looking for a dr who really knows how to treat my symptoms and I can trust. The closest chiari center I have found is in Wisconsin and that's too far for me too travel in my current financial situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks(:
