Old/New issue...

For last couple of years, I felt this twinge between my elbow and shoulder if I tried to lift my arm up.  Today my right arm started doing it but much more painful than the other side.  Trying to lift arm to change the radio station while driving in car is awful.  I actually crisscrossed and used my left arm to snake around and change the station.  I've done nothing workout wise at all so not sure why it's doing this.  Anyone else have this issue or know what it could be?

I do sleep on my side.  99% of the time on the left.  I do have the issue in my left.  But not nearly as painful as today.  I see a neurologist again on the 29th.  I'll be sure to ask about it then.

I can only gather that it may be a nerve issue....bcuz u say it hurts as u lift it.....hmmmm I am also gathering it must be in the shoulder....

I wonder do u sleep on ur side?...could it be ur shoulder is out of joint? thus causing the pinching?.....

But more on the outside of the arm. Looking at images online...more of the "anterior" area toward tricep or above.

Mine is closer to my shoulder.  Like if you made a muscle man stance and popped your muscles out, it's about 1/2-1 inch above your bicep area.  Hurts like he**.

Is the pain or twinge stronger closer toward ur shoulder?...I wonder if u have a pinched nerve?

My issue was more with the elbow itself....and I found mine was EDS and it is joint pain.....wish I could offer some suggestions to u.....again all I can think is a pinched nerve?
