One year post decompression

On September 17 I past my one year Ziiperversary, with pretty good success. Unroll the beginning of October that is, I began experiencing more pronounced symptoms. Then today I was sitting at the hospital with my mother. I went to stand up out of my chair and I had a pain in the back of my head that almost put me on the floor an I felt like I was shot in the back of the head. Along with this pain came dizziness, nausea, stiff neck, and pain down my right side. Now I am at home unable to turn my neck and still nauseated with a horrible migraine. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?

One other thing I didn't get to say before I pressed the "post a comment" button is congratulations on your 1-year "zipperversary!"

I am glad to read that your mother was with you at the time. What a scary event you had. I hope that you do have the chance to get some rest to help you when the pain is really bad.

Hi  and welcome  back....sorry   you  are  having  this issue....I did  have  pain  like that in the  early  stages  of  recovery....remember it can  take up to  2  yrs  for the  nerves  to heal...and for some of us  it may  take   a  little  longer.,.....

When  you  got up  from  the  seat...did you  do it  differently  then  you  normally  do...holding something?....or twisting your body?

It is   hard to  guess  what  it  may  be....rest up  if  the  pain  continues....call your  Dr....
