Does anyone wake up in the morning with their arms completely numb? If so what have you found to releive the numbness. I've tried differnt types of pillows and nothing has helped. I just always thought this was normal to wake up with numb arms just slept wrong. This was my way of coping I guess. lol
Could the numbness be due to carpel tunnel syndrome? Stress can make you sleep with your hands clenched which can get worse over time and be very painful. Try wrist stabelizers available at your local pharmacy. They keep your wrists straight while you sleep so you don't pinch the nerve going through to your fingers.
