Tips for managing symptoms

Hi guys! So I am new to this group and new to a Chiari diagnosis and am looking for advice on tips to relieve chiari symptoms or prevent them from worsening (things to do/not do). I found this link online that i thought I'd share but let me know what has worked for you with your symptoms!
