Hi All...lets get started...first who all wants to participate?

U do not need to tell us ur weight or how much u want to lose, but u may want to get the tracker up and running so u can track ur progress.

SO...post ur name and if u want to participate in a diet modification/exercise program for those with limitations.

    and hopefully we can support each other as we shed weight....and feel stronger with out pain : )

I know it is flustrating, but I will still suit up for my grandbabies :)  they love the beach.  I am looking forward in spending more time with them there this summer :)

  Linnie, I have a larger suit and it is a 1 piece with a skirt...lol...the more material the better : P

Good for u on the weight loss...not sure y, but I gained....and I have not changed what I am doing, so I think it is my thyroid again, well that is my story and I am sticking to it : )

I haven't posted, but I have been busy with activities.  I try to walk at least 2 times week. and it also has been sunny here so I got the shovel out.  My favorite past time.  I got a rug and sat down and got some gardening done.  I have lost 14 pounds, but this was due to changing my lyrica to keppra.  Meds make a differents in our weight.  That is what I'm blaming it on.  As far as swimsuits.  I tell people I'm now a grandma so I have to wear grandma suits. LOL....I don't care.  I still wear them I just had to buy a bigger size. LOL  (Smiles to the sun).
