add a dr

Selma, somebody, help.? I cant figure out how to change the location of my dr on the Specialist list. Dr. Capocelli used to be in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, but he's moved his practice to Little Rock, AR. Can you update it please.

  Hi....thanks for trying but I will do it all u need do is add the change of info to the thread and I will be doing an update of the List and then create a new thread for 2013 that will also show the changes.there r a few changes I have to make so if they are al on the thread it will make this easier for me to get done.
