Hi, from what I understand...BP and chiari can be seperate issues.However there r conditions that the BP can cause chiari to develope...such as intercranial hypertension also called puesdotumor cerebri...there is too much fluid and high BP.Also U can have low CSF because of low BP and it causes chiari also this is intercranial hypotension.
If u r having BP issues, I would be sure to tell ur chiari dr as well as ur PC.
Please look up this info and see if it fits ur situation.
