can the diet and exercise improve chiari symtoms?

i ve asked that because i think so, if we have our muscles strong enough and flexible we can manage our pain better as it s my case. moreover, food is very important because if our csf is more fluid than usual, (something you can achieve with a very good diet) can move better though the head and can cause less symtoms. what do you think? it s possible? thanks

Some Drs do believe diet can be helpful regardless of the condition....I have even posted a thread some time ago on anti inflammatory foods...which can be very helpful since our CSF is being restricted due to things being tight.

I will see if I can locate the other thread on this topic.....

There are many things we are told to try and do to help with pain....but it does not always work......all you can do is try it to see if it helps you...know we are all different and never can be sure what will work for each of us.
