does anyone know of a Chiari NS in Kansas . thanks for a friend

Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.

Ur friend is lucky to have someone like u advocating for them ....we do have a list of drs that members add their chiari dr to....u need to research the dr...just bcuz the drs name is on the list does not mean they r a chiari specialist, just means they have treated chiari.....it is also  not meant as a referral...just a starting point.

Notice there r not chiari drs all over, so ur friend may have to travel.....so they will have to check with their insurance as well, and we do have a page in out Health Pages called Links...it has links to non profit orgs that will fly a patient free to a location of r a dr visit as well as surgery....there r several chiari drs that have local  lodging for patients at very discounted rates near their locations to help defray costs for out of town patients.
