I have disappeared for awhile trying to get back to my "normal " life. For a while i was feeling ok and days taht i wasnt u just dealt wuyh it. Lately i am in need for someone who gets it. Ive gad more bad days than good lately and i just passed my headache's anniversay. Its been over a year since my crazy chiari ride started and i just dont know how much longer i can live liek this....

Judging by your pic your surgery was pretty recent. Sounds like you feel generally crappy and down... I just wanted to remind you that you're not alone. Everyone here cares, and I care. Drink plenty of water if you can. Hopefully you need only a non drowsy muscle relaxer and anti-inflammatory so you can start to do more. Hang in there friend :-) Lisa
