So you are in the UK...getting MRI's and reports may be more difficult then it is here in the States.....but still try.

The Ann Conroy Trust has a list of Drs for you to research.

Keep in mind the list is not a referral nor an endorsement for those listed on it....it is only meant to be used as a starting place to research Drs.

The Dr would charge but the hospital or facility should not....never know, it really depends where you are.

Going forward request copies of ALL testing and reports even blood labs.

Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.

First, do you have a copy of the MRI and the report? If not, contact the facility that did the studies and request a copy on disk as well as a written report.

There are far too many Drs that are not aware just how Chiari can and does affect those that have it.

Your symptoms can indicate Chiari, but you really need to rule out ALL related and non related conditions as there are a few that have the same if  not similar symptoms.

Having the right Dr is KEY ! Let us know what area you live in as we may have a few names of Drs for you to research. Keep in mind you may have to travel to get to a true Chiari specialist.

Know you are not alone.
