my recent MRI image

I just uploaded a pic of my most recent MRI in my profile.   (Is there a way for my to put it directly here in thenforum?)
I have sent my info to Dr. Frim and Dr. Greenfield, but while I wait for them to get back with me, I'm curious as to what you guys think.  My CINE shows both a blockage and restricted flow, and anteriorly flattened brainstem.  Thanks!

Hi guys! I saw him in January and go back on Friday again. He is seeing patients but he does have a NS that is training under him. So you will probably see them both. Dr m is probably the only one I would trust at this point for the fusion and I think his understudy is probably just as capable because he is learning from one of the best! I'm not sure if he is retiring but if he is at least he has someone working to try to fill his shoes! We've lost enough as it is I think!

Oh really..we had another member go to him recently....I thought??...hmmm well that is good to know...as I had not heard that...and I do understand your reluctance to go down that road again...I had a Dr leave a practice on me and know how difficult it can be,

Have you looked into Dr Menezes  in Iowa...I understand he is well informed on instability issues.

I know what you mean.... the medical profession seems to take their time when we wait but expect us to react immediately when they want something from us.....sigh....

Hang in there <3

I have not check Menezes out.  I was thinking he was retiring or was sick or something.  It seems like I remember reading somewhere that he hadn't been seeing patients for a length of time and since I had already lost one doctor to retirement I didn't really want to go down that road so quickly again.  Lol.

Hi huskerfan71...there is in the old format and I am not sure which format you are in...in the old format there is a place to upload a pic where there is also a place to check off for a poll....I do not have the new format yet so, I am not sure about it.

I did look at your MRI...and I do not know enuff how to really read it to offer any insight..I have seen MRI's with more flattening then on yours....so hopefully it is not too bad and is fixable???

Prayers sent your way that you can endure while you wait this out....keep us posted.

Thanks selma.  I'm hoping to hear back from Frim office soon, but I hear he may not be the best choice if u have some instability issues going on.  So I just sent my stuff off to Greenfield, it will be awhile for them to get back with me.  I hate the "hurry and wait feel ing".  So I was just hoping for some input from this group in the meantime.  Thanks again!
