Okay, I saw a dr today..very disappointed. He looked at my films and said I had a 1.5mm herniation, when my report cleary states 5 mm (to be fair it is listed like this :
1. 5mm cerebellular.....
2. no other remarkable.....
The 1. was numbering the results.
Anyway;, he said this was not causing my symptoms and there is nothing wrong with my head. Never looked at my spine (obvious scoliosis). He wasn't rude, but since my herniation didn't reach the C-1 level he said it couldn't be causing my problems. I know I'm positive the the hypermobility EDS..still have pronounced dizziness, head/neck pain/tinnitus/balance problems..he said i should see and ENT and another NL.
I cried most of the way home (3 hrs..alone).
I expected him to at least look at my spine and test for a syrinx. I started to argue..but why bother?
Am I the crazy one?
