YES!!!  I'm having the very same problem.  I'm 3 1/2 mo post surgery and the searing pain in the left top and back of head is very uncomfortable.  It is not at the incision site.  I was completely numb on the left side of my head left of the incision, but have been told it is normal for nerve pain while the nerves regenerate.  I have just put a call in to my surgeon's PA to ask more about it because it seems more painful the last 2 wks.  It's intensified when I bend my head to pick something up, to look down or even when I squat down the pain worsens and I feel heat in that area.  Very uncomfortable.

Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.

At 3 months post op u may feel all types of symptoms and pains as a result of healing.....many r not aware of  how they may have a resurfacing of symptoms at this time...as long as symptoms r not new, or worse than b4 surgery u should be ok......otherwise mention it to ur Dr.
