sotired of the er and here we go again

so my va shunt tube has been really hurting for weeks like a month and now i woke up with a hematoma on the scar on my throat so my mom freaked out and called the on call pa and hes calling my ns but said most likely we need to go to the er:/ oh great here we go again. has this happened to anyone else?
