syrinx – chairi type 1 Help please.

My 18 year old has had an MRI which showed this condition. Does anyone know of a neurosurgeon that specializes in this disease in Texas, particularly Dallas Texas. As quite a bit of spinal fluid is involved, surgery will probably be recommended. We have just received this diagnosis. Thank you in advance.
