Ty all for the well wishes. Just got home from er. Have. Massive headache worse than ever before.  Sent me home on dilaudin. Still in a lot of pain.  Ill update more. In the morning.  Goofight.

  Glad u r home...pain meds is all the ER is good for with Chiari unless u have something else going on such as a breathing issue....they bandaid u and send u on ur way....

Thank you all. I still have this darn headache, I just can't seem to get rid of this one. I knew they weren't going to do much before I went, but my DH insisted that I go. None of my normal meds were helping. So, he took me to the hospital that the NS works at.  Everything was fine until I had a CT scan, and the dr said your scan  is normal. I said, so the Chiari went away? He said..no, other than the CHiari its normal. Well, then that is not normal. My nurse was furious with him. No big deal... I expected this type of treatment. They at least didnt tell me I was faking like the last er I went to. My nurse used to work with pediatric chiari, and she was amazing. Thanks to all of you who sent me well wishes and thoughts. I'm sorry I was inable to update bery much. Have a great and well day everyone :)

so sorry your still having HA pain! what a blessing to have had a chiari nurse, probably very unheard of.  Wishing you lots of rest and a pain free day!
