For me a yr or so....and to tell the truth I found walking around the house barefoot helped ......and a softer soled shoe...I got a pair of Go Walks last summer and found I could walk on the lawn so much better then b4.....the thing is surgery may not correct all your symptoms and issues....and for some it may take more time for you to see those benefits....I am going on 6 yrs this month and I continue to see benefits....

All I can say is patience....you are still in the early stages of recovery.
