weakness

Does anyone have weakness on the left side? I noticed I hold me left arm close to my side when I walk.  I also noticed for a couple minutes the left side of my face was slightly numb when I was lying down . Which seems like that's all I want to do anymore. Can't wait till tommorow to see my NS hopefully I can get some more answers.

  Hi...my numbness and weakness was on my left as well...it can have something to do with which side u have ur obstruction on....

My weakness was always on my right side, though it's been loads better since my surgery. I was always dropping and breaking glasses, and eventually started drinking everything out of mugs so I had a better grip. My sister, who also has Chiari, drops everything out of her left hand. I guess it varies by person.

I hope your NS appointment goes well tomorrow! Let us know what happens.
