4 year old that is very sexual to others

I am a single mom with a 4 year old son who was caught trying to get a little girl to take her clothes off. When asked why he did it he said, this is what his dad does to girls. This happened about 4 months ago, He hasn't seen his dad since but he was at my friends house the other day, they have a 2 year old boy and he was caught asking if he wanted to be the mom or the dad, and then tried getting the little boy to sit on his crotch. Now his mother is concerned this might rub off on her child should I be getting some kind of help for my son.

You need to thoroughly explain appropriate touching and nakedness.  I would keep a very close eye on him, especially with other children.  If you inform childcare workers that he has been exposed to sexual behavior, they will watch him closely as well.  Have you made any kind of report about his father?  This behavior is so explicit.  Please don't make your son feel nasty or bad about what he has done, just explain that you want to keep him and others safe.  I would also be very careful with what he sees on TV.  Some children don't notice inuendos, but others catch everything.  I have a feeling your son picks up more than what you think he does.

My boys were sexually abused and were acting out at 5 & 6.  They are now 11 & 13 and don't even remember the abuse.

I am not a parent but I know child behavior.

a few years ago, I was taking a walk through a park path which has heavily wooded areas on both sides.  I heard some noises that sounded like heavy breathing and grunts which sounded childish.  Thinking a child might be hurt,  I went to investagate.  Behind a bush I observed 2 7 year olds,  a boy and a girl,  I know these kids from the nieghborhood.  The boy was wraped around the girl humping her while she gave the boy oral sex on the nose(sucking on it).  When they saw me they laughed and said this is what children do in secret with each other.  I did notify their parents and now the children are getting professional help.  report any sex play with children.
