11yr old son sexually experimenting with his 5 yr old brother

recently my son told me that 3 yrs ago he experimented with his younger brother but his brother does not seem to remember even though he has great memory.Is my older son just imagining things or didn this really happen.apparently he doesnt want to go into details but i dont think that it was that serious.what should i do?

I think you need to know more details, is the elder child prone to making up stories? Until you do know if anything happened its best not to leave them alone together .What does he mean by experimenting?
