12 month old vomiting only at night

Hello. My 12month old daughter has vomited in the middle of the night for the past 6 nights. She has been sick and was on augmentin, but her last dose was yesterday. She is fine during the day but every night it is the same thing- her stomach starts making load gurgling noises and her mouth gets watery and she vomits. She sleeps with us and nurses before she goes to bed and then once more during the night. Most of the time she doesn't vomit until 3am or 4am which is well after her feedings. She acts completely normal during the day. Would the antibiotic still be in her system? Anyone have any advice on whats going on?

I'm having the same problem with my 2yr. Old son. I don't know what to do!

This sounds like it may be food related , may I ask what he eats ,drinks in the hours before bed , does he wake throwing up in the night, does he drink a lot of milk ?
