Leave him alone about masturbating, many many many many 12-year-olds do this.  

He will not affect his level of sperm as an adult (are you kidding about that?).  If masturbating would destroy fertility, the human race would have died out long ago.

Get the porno tapes and toss them out, however.  It won't keep him from masturbating, but there is no sense having him lose respect for your husband by knowing about his taste in porn.
