12 yr old being misdiagnosed

i would like to know the relavance of oxygen depravation at birth and the effects it could have on the limbic system.,there is a child that has been misdiagnosed with many diferent things has been put on many diferent meds., and hasnt had her brain checked for possible damage due to deprived oxygen at birth as well as being breech with the cord wrapped twice and an inversion performed two weeks before delivery that proved unsuccessful

Oxygen deprivation at birth can certainly have long-term influences on a child. At this point it cannot be determined that oxygen deprivation at birth is the cause of current difficulties, but currnet status in development, neurological state, cognitive abilities, etc. can definitely be ascertained via testing of various sorts. It sounds like this might be in order so that you can pinpoint this girl's abilities and limitations.
