16 month old not walking
My 16 month old may have neurofibramatosis type 1. He has unusually small feet and skinny legs. He will only stand if leaning on something and does not couch walk. He has a toy walker but won't use it. When we hold his hands to have him stand and walk, he cries really bad and falls on the floor. He only just started crawling about 2 months ago. Could this be part of the NF1?

It's hard to say, but likely. Children with this condition can display a range of symptoms - there is no single presentation. But difficulty with mobility can certainly occur as a result of skeletal changes.
