2 and 8 month old toddler

My son is 2 and 8months old, he is great withmotor things, for example he plays mariokart wii drives good and knows how he is doing, he gets up from his room (in the mournings) turns the light on opens his door goes to the fridge (because he knows his mommy got already a sippicup with milk for him) grabs his milk opens my door, closes it (i have ac) and gets in to my bed, he is an expert in touch phone( if he gets his hands to a phone) he knows where the camara app is, knows we here the pics app is games, etc.. If I tell him to get me something 2 out of 3 he gets it right for example; I tell him armando turn the light off he turns it off but sometimes he reachs for the fan (thats next to the light switch), if I tell him get me water hell get water but if he cant reach it he offers me juice, he is potty trained and doesnt wet his night diper (but I still put him one cause I dont want accidents), I ask for parts of his body and he gets 9 out of 10 right, sometimes he has his bad tantrums but theres not the problem,, the problem is that he can say words but not talk in sentence like ive seen other kids his age do and he is very controlling when he doesnt get something he wants he starts faking like his crying but am more concerned about the talking.. Should I be worring or is it too soon?

No child develops at the exact same rate in all areas of development. So it is not unusual to see a child somewhat slower in one area than another. Since he is understanding so well, it appears that his receptive language is fine. He is somewhat slower in developing expressive language. But no, I would no be alarmed at this point. As long as he is saying words and his vocabulalry is increasing, my sense is that you will see the pace quicken. If, by the time he turns three, you do not see progress, I would recommend a Speech/language Evaluation at that point.
