2 months baby's attitude.

My baby boy  has suffered jondis with 25 billirubin (maximum). And also he has langi of milishia (breathing with sound). His present age is 58 days. He sometime looks upward abnormally.

Now some doctors are saying that this is not the sufficiant age to ***** the behaviour of this child. But some doctors are telling me to do a 'CT scan of his brain'.  Now i am puzzeled and worried about the side effect of 'CT scan' on such a small baby!! Please give me a proper suggestion..

I did some tests like: 1) TSH --> result : 8.0 micro lU/ml.      2) Free T4 --> result: 1.2 ng/dl.  
                         3) C-reactive protien--> 6mg/L
