I have twin boy and girl. My son is counting up to 20, knows his alphabet and says almost everything. He is in his sentence stage. My daughter on the other handHand or foot spasms Hand tremor says almost nothing. I know she hears because when we put the TV on she runs from the other room. I am worried . I am comparing her to her brother which I know is not right. She also cries when she sees someone new. I am really worried about her.
My daughter is 21 months old and only saying mama. Her pediatrician suggested an speech therapy evaluation. I took her for the first time this week. According to the therapist her speech delay may have something to do with the her sensory system she will be having occupational therapy and speech therapy to help her.
