3 year old Grand daughter not talking yet

My grand daughter is 3 years old and is not talking. She is very active but speaks very few words. can say Bye-bye when leaving, mummy, dady and approx. 200 words but no sentence. Also if you tell her that "Go and do something" she will seldom do it.

Jawaid - 200 words is a LOT!!  She can say 200 words that you and other adults can understand?  

Some children mature physically and socially early  and may fall behind verbally  with sentence structure.  

You may want to have her evaluated,  but she sounds like she might be right on track.

I think your granddaughter needs a hearing evaluation and speech evaluation.
