3 year old baby girl kissing

My friend's 3year old daughter kissed on lips of another girl on same age at her school. School teacher put a note to parents to advise her daughter to do not kiss on lips.

Is this is bad behavior?/ is the right age to alert such kids. If we alert her she will surely ask lot of question and it may lead to explore lot of new ideas on one innocent action.

Pls advise positive feedback

i think she was innocent.you can tell her that," if you kiss on lips of others ,it will leads to
danger, because if others have any problems like sick, colds, bactrial fever, etc.they will also come to us ".
but onething donot advise her hardly because it will affect her heart .

I don't think that this is a bad behavior, and yes was more then likely purely innocent.  Does she kiss parents, siblings, etc at home on the lips??  If so she is probably just keeping to that behavior of kissing on the lips instead of on the cheek.  I would just talk to her that only family kisses on the lips.  And that friends only get kisses on the cheeks.  Simple as that.

Children start exploring young by nature. I would bet that this was totally innocent by the child. Let her know that kissing her friends at school on the lips is inappropriate because they can give each other colds and make each other sick by sharing their germs. Put it in kids terms for her to understand. If she asks questions, I would answer them to the best of my ability to the appropriate age bracket. Tell her that the teachers don't want to see them kissing each other as well. It certainly isn't bad behavior but it's not acceptable at school. Tell her that kissing people on the lips is for kissing her parents, siblings, and maybe grandparents. Everyone else in her family gets kissed on the cheek. She shouldn't kiss anyone else.
