3 year old biting....HELP!!

I am a single mom of 2 kids. My oldest who turned 3 in July is in a daycare setting most of the day. He has developed a biting habit and now it has come to a point where I have 2 weeks to straighten him out or they are basically kicking him out. I have tried EVERYTHING...talking to him, rewards such as a sticker chart, movies, playing with something he doesn't always get to play with, I have talked to him about it. I tell him every morning on the way to school and every night before bed that we don't bite our friends along with hitting which he does at times too. It has gotten to a point at daycare where he is doing it so often that the kids he is biting is telling the parents about it and they go back and talk to the director. I have no idea what to do anymore. He doesn't listen to me at home, I do timeouts which he fights me like no tomorrow with it. I've taken cartoon time away, toys he loves to play with...but it seems to me he just doesn't care.

I don't know what to do anymore and if he does get kicked out of the daycare school is he in and I start back up working, what am I gonna do with him?
