3 years old obsession with toilet

Dear Doctor,
A friend of mine complained about her 3 years old daughter who has been obsessed with the toilet for the last 3 months. She would asked her mother to draw the toilet for her, she would want to vist quiet frequently; and soemtime not use it, she even said one time that she wanted to live in the toilet.
Do you think this behaviour is abnormal. Please advice.

I wouldnt say it was abnormal,is the little girl happy ,is she potty trained. Perhaps play down the Potty stuff and dont be concerned about it, ahs she any siblings she has seen in the tiolet. It doesnt seem like a big problem but maybe one to be aware of.
