3 yr old destructive behavior

my soon to be 3 year old son likes to take off his and his sisters (1 1/2yrs old)  dipers, then smearing the poop all over her head and the walls and beds.  he then gets punished to his room and like yesterday he busted a square foot of the wall out.  i know its drywall but still theres something there wrong.  hes nice to her but he treats her more like a toy than a sister.  time out never seems to work something gets broken usually or he dumps his juice out on the floor or sister, then drink her bottle and try to hide it.  and this happen 3-4 times a week, and thats a good week. there mom is a stay at home mother, they treat her like this all day, but i get home and they listen its upseting. what do we do?

ohh your right.  goofy me.
well of course, children do listen to their father a bit more when the mother isn't consistant.  Your wife my not being going through with her threats to you son.  She may say stop doing that or I'm getting up off the couch to put you in the corner, and never does.  Dads usually go through with what they say though.
Most moms do too.
