3 yrs old behaviour

I have a daughter recently turned 3.She has recently developed crying over frequenatly over small things.Also she developed some fear when she saw a kid fall down from the bycycle.she also fears if we talk in general about police .she also tells us that we are not speaking to her with affection.

Please suggest

Could she be right,maybe some more positive attention for her,as she told you,to speak more kindly,"with affection"  does she watch any scary things on TV at your house or anyone elses? how would she fear the Police unless she has overheard something or seen scary stuff, be more aware of what is going on in her life,check out where it is coming from.Good Luck
