4 year old agressive with classmate and teacher

My four year old boy was miss treated in his first pre-school he was changed to new school a few weeks later but now he miss treats the his classmates and teacher. Bites student and teacher if he feels that they are going to get near, hits,kicks, has eye movement  when he is about to do something cries alot and upset but only does it at school and sometimes to his 6 years old sister. We are very worried about him are taking him to a psycologist but he worst
what to do.

Something must be bothering him to make him act out in this way.  Try volunteering at school to see if you can observe what is going on or come to school early and try to observe without being seen by teachers or your son.  You have to get to the bottom of it, so you can figure out what needs to be done to get his behavior to change.  Be patient, kind, caring and soft spoken at home.  If the behavior does not change, you may have to get him tested for active autism.

how was he mistreated at the old school? what happened? a little more info may help us give insight.

the teacher pulled hair pinched his ears was put apart from other student because he did not learn like the others. was miss treated for a month.  He did't tell me anything because he has speech problems so he told his father but he did not understand him. So on monday he told he therapist that the teacher was hittting him and pulling his hair. So we change him from school but now he is worst.
