4 year old always angry and aggressive

I have two boys, 4 and 6. my 4 year old has been very angry and aggressive about everything and to everyone lately. we have been trying to put him in time outs, tried taking things away, tried to talk to him. nothing seems to work! he will freak out over nothing really, trying to hit any and everyone around, throwing things, saying mean things. its just been getting worse the past couple of months and i don't know what to do anymore. we have been moving around a lot since my husband lost his job and we have been struggling with finding work again. on top of that, my husband and i split up for a little while and the youngest stayed with me and he took our oldest. the 4 year old took it hard and hasnt acted the same towards his dad or brother since then. he has always
been sweet and funny and a mama's boy but now he is mad a lot, getting violent and i just cant handle it and dont know what to do. im almost to the point of taking him to a childrens therapist but dont know how much that can help at four. im at a loss as to what to do to help my son and the rest of our family.
