I teach 5/6 years old and I had three girls who did that.
It turned out that one wasn't drinking a lot of water or eating vegetables. If she did not wipe herself the right way it caused her discomfort. Mom had to change her underwear twice once in the morning and once at night. She was very sensitive to changes.
Also if you changed her body soap or detergeant her new one could be causing her discomfort. Another one her mom changed the brand of toilet paper she used.
The third one was upsetting she was being sexually abused by her cousin.
