4 year old not wanting to listen to anyone

my 4 year old is in preschool, he tells everyone who fusses him he will not listen to them, is this normal behavior. he crys in his sleep, takes toys for any child he plays with no matter the age, i have tried everything in the book to disapline him, nothing is working, should i put him on some kind of medicine to calm him down, he bounces off the wall, i just cant controll him any more i have ran out of options can some one please help me i dont know what to do. i am getting frusted with it.

alot of it seems normal for a 4 year old. does he get to run outside and play alot or is he in the house most of the time?

hey is always outside me and him play outside at least 4-6 hours a day,
