4 year old sexual and aggressive..what do I do?

My four year old is obsessed with touching down there, and also with rubing up against me or furniture, how do I stop it?  He doesn't seem to view it as sexual or bad, and i don't know how to deal with it.  He also throws bad temper tantrums if he doesnt get what he wants, and hits me.  Im at my wits end, I'm afraid that when he goes to school next year he might rub up on another student playing and it alarms me...what to do????????/?

Has he been exposed to anyone or anything that may have given him these urges?  Usually if a child is not treated badly because of the sexual behavior, but reminded that it is a private thing to be done in a private place (by himself) then some of this outward behavior may subside.  As far as the hitting and the tantrums, I would send or place him in his room until he was done screaming or apologized for hitting.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.

no, he hasn't been expose to anything, but he hasn't done this in a week now, so I'm feeling a bit better.  I had been trying to get him to stop it and was angry, which i think made it worse, so I have been telling him to not do that, in a calmer way, and it seems to have helped.  He is still doing the tantrums but I think that has more to do with him getting his way too much, and I'm working on that.  Thanks

I dont think you should be too concerned... I just had a visit last week with my 3 year daughter's pediatritian and she assured me that its perfectly normal for a child to touch there private. That was a concern to me that i brought up with my daughters pediatritian and she told me that as long as they are doing it in "private" or in there own room, then its fine.
