4 year old triggers

My son has just turned four years old. My son was behind in his speech and hearing due to hearing problems at two years old we had tubes put in and they seem to be working great. We notice that he is speaking more and more, although not as clearly as other children at his age, but he is getting more clear everyday.
At 2 1/2 we put him in a preschool for the first time and out of the blue he would go from a good day to being very upset andhe would just say no,no,no...Almost yelling. One day he did not want to do something and the techers tried to make him so he hit the teacher in the face. Shortly after this incident we removed him from the school figuring he was not ready for it yet.
We have enrolled him in speech therapy and it seems to be helping tremendously, he is getting more clear and he is able to answer your queston in most cases.
We have re-enrolled him back at the school and the same teachers now are very impressed with his progress. We are told he is partcipating more and doing his work as he should. We have had two incidets this year where out of the blue he will put hs head down and start crying. When the teachers approach him he just says no more, you lose almost yelling. When we ask what happened he does not tell us. He will just say no more! You lose or your boring. What can it be tht triggers this.

2 year old is far too young for any child to be away from its mother why do they have to go to preschool at that age ??what advantage does it give to any child except cause distress and seperation anxiety.It sounds as if there is a problem at the school now,somehow his needs are not being met and he crys from frustration, he really needs to see a councillor to addresssw it, and ask why is he like this at school?With hearing problems he needs you more than anything.
