4 year old with stomach pain

My 4 year old is complaining about sudden stomach pain on and off. Is able to fall a sleep though. Just happened today. Any ideas?

My 4 year old had sickness and diarrhea but now is crying in pain that her stomach hurts we have been to our gp and said she's fine but I'm still worried think walk in centre or a&e shall I be worried

She might have a bad appendix and its when South ng goes on in the organ causing vomit feeling constant on and off pain also if she does have something wrong about the appendix and you leave it for to long her appendix might explode yas they can explode causing infection in the body from the acids it releases and is very harmful go to dr and get an altrasound on her appendix

Pain is a symptom and should always be checked out.  But if he has a tummy ache for one day it may be gas or something he ate.  If it continues then he needs to be checked out.  If it's a bug he will have other symptoms. Where the pain is exactly, can be a clue.  So if he complains again ask him to point to where it hurts, and ask if the pain stays in the one spot or does it move, ask if anything else hurts and take his temp, this will tell you if he is fighting something.  Take care.

It could possibly be some type of stomach bug that is going around. Is there any other syptoms, diarreah, throwing up, etc? If u don't think It is a bug u should probably take him/her to the dr. Hope this helps.
