4 year old wont poo at all

I have a 4 year old daughter that wont poo in the toilet, this has been going on for about 2 years. This all started when i changed childcare center, after being there for about 8 wks she got constipated for 2 wks, took her to the doctor he put her on medication she was fine for a week, since then she hasnt done a proper poo. im washing up to 10 pairs of undies a day, i dont know what else to do.

she does it at kindy, the teachers just ignore it and they dont help her clean up,she comes home with full undies every day. Ihave spoken to the teachers, they said thats how they deal with kids like that.

Please look up fecal impaction and encopresis, and then talk to your doctor again or a more informed doctor.  It can take a year of effort to cure, and it is a physical issue (the colon needs to heal, it is not the child being willful).  Ask to see a pediatric GI specialist if the description seems familiar.

I was surprised that she would be potty trained at 2 years old I would expect her to go in her pants ,how did you manage to get her to go in the toilet at 2.?. Does she do this at school or daycare what do they say ?
