Some children do not like their routineRoutine sputum culture changed. This does not mean that there is anything mentally wrong. It is a personalityBorderline personality disorder Histrionic personality disorder Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder Paranoid personality disorder Personality disorders trait. My daughter was like that up until the age of 5. She is very bright and excels in school. You will need to write more of what he is doing, because what you write does not seem out of the ordinary for a 4 year old. A lot of 4 year olds have limited attention span. Most 3 or 4 year olds have a hard time finishing a board game for example. He needs security and is looking for it in the daily routine that he knows. He will act out if the routine is broken, but it is not due to mental issues, but more do to insecurity. He needs a secure, stable environment.
