4yr old violences

of latly my 4yr old son has become very violent to family and students. he hits people for no reason. says sorry but does the same thing again.the school has given timeout , that dont work . they have given him ISS in school. When i talk to him about it he says his sorry and he will be good. of latkley he will say things like im so stupid im a dum brother im a stupid son. that just breaks my heart.im scared his going hurt someone. what im i doing wrong with him what else can i do??? please help me out

You should arrange an evaluation with a pediatric menatl health professional. It is important to evaluate for the possibility of an underlying mood or developmental disorder, and this can only be accomplished throuh a thorough evaluation.
