My 5 1/2 month old recently started eating baby food and always spits it up after. She didn't have this problem when she ate rice cereal. Can anyone help me solve this problem?
rice cereal is rather bland and baby food has a lot more taste, which your baby isn't use to, its just a short term sensoryNumbness and tingling issue that will fade. try the baby food but don't get upset if she/he spits it up, supplement with whatever he/she will accept. gradually, your baby will take the new food.
lol..no problem hun. I remember thoughs good ol days I am sure there was alot of times that my sons dr. had a good laugh after I would call him freaking out over nothing...also I say agian thank god for my mom
Pixijal,
I've personally never heard a doctor advise a parent to feed their baby only formula/breastmilk for the first 12 months. I started feeding my baby jar food at 5 1/2 months too and he seems to have no problems. Each pediatrician has different opinions and offers different advice - seriously you didn't know that?!
However I have never heard anyone say that formula is all they need untill they are a yr old...
