5 1/2 yr old caught in room with 6 yr old girl's pants down...what should i do?

My 5 1/2 yr old son is best friends with our 6 yr old female neighbor. I caught my two boys 4 and 5 1/2 in the closet with their friends 6 (who is female) and 3 yr old boy. The girl had her pants and panties off and the three boys were sitting on the floor in front of her. Before I opened the door I heard one of them say "drink it" I did not see any pee in the room as that is what I thought they were talking about. I am freaked out about this behavior. I know it is normal for Kindergartners to be curious but to this degree? What should I do to make sure everything is okay and this doesn't happen again? Help!

Supervision, dont allow them to be alone together .........

if they are old enough to be this curious, then they should be old enough to be talked to about the birds and the bees. well, not into detail, but just explain that there are difference in girls and boys and it's inappropriate to do stuff like that with girls.
